In melt spinning, the fiber‑forming substance is melted for extrusion through the spinneret and then directly solidified by cooling. Nylon, olefin and polyester are produced in this manner.
Irregular shaped fibers can be made by using spinnerets with irregular holes. Let us know your requirements and we can help you design the spinnerets
In conjugate spinning, two or more polymer components are extruded together from a single spinning pack. The resulting fibers usually exhibit certain characteristics that cannot be found by using single polymer component.
We have over 30 years of experience manufacturing conjugate spinning packs such as sea‑island, sheath‑core and orange ball.
