Connectors for automatic splicing of the cotton webs

The Connectors PB2-AU provide an automatic splicing (joint) beyween the finishing cotton web and the new starting cotton web. It helps therefore to cut significantly down manpower forces versus the classical manual way to create the joint stopping the cotton pads machine. In the of the case Connector the machine never stops and this gives an important benefit since it is calculaed that at every hour, in average a customer load 3 or 4 times a new web and makes the joint manually stopping the cotton pads machine. By using the Connector it is calculated that in every hour there could be a saving of about 10 minutes if the operator is fast or about 20 minutes in case of a slow operator.
