FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINES, WITHOUT COTTON SKELETON, FOR RECTANGULAR (OR SQUARE) COTTON PADS IN 1, 2 OR 3 ROWS, INTO PAPER CASES

The fully automatic machines MD200S by ACM Engineering for rectangular (and/or square) cotton pads packed in 1, 2 or 3 rows enable to produce WITHOUT cotton web (fabric) waste (differently from the press cutting machines which produce a cotton skeleton requiring to be fine opened and then reused/recycled) and this is a great advantage for the production cost reduction. Moreover, for the eco-sostenibility, paper cases are used instead of plastic bags (eliminating therefore completely the plastics). The customer can decide the design (opening style as well and from which side) of the paper case. Some examples of paper case design are here indicated (see pictures). The MD200S machine consists of cutting groups, a stacking unit and a packaging unit. The production capacity is subordinated to the dimensions of the cotton pads and to the width of the cotton web.
