MPC/MPS nickel sleeves

We offer MPC/MPS nickel sleeves for all type of spunlace machines, with various opening and thickness, including reinforcement SS rings at both edges already mounted on, to secure a longer life-time (we noticed that sleeves supplied by a competitor and without reinforcement SS rings at the edges are relatively easy to damage starting from micro-cracks, at one of the two edges, which becomes larger and longer as the time pass by, till when it’s not possible to produce any longer and need to replace it. Very common MPC/MPS nickel sleeves are the type 100 or 110 where this figure indicates the number of capillaries by cm2. In the following table we summarize the various main possibilities:
