SPUNBOND AND MELT-BLOWN SPINNERETS AND SPIN-PACKS
We are pleased to introduce you our exclusively represented www.newspinnerets.com, made up of former Ceccato SpA personnel (the good old Ceccato company, former Concorezzo and Milan plants) with extensive experience in the production of spunbond spinnerets, standard and bico, melt-blown dies, and relative packs. The production of New Spinnerets Srl mainly consists of the following:
- Tailored manufacturing of new spunbond spinnerets and meltblown dies of all types (as per customer’s drawings) with related spin-packs
- Repairs/refurbishing/modifications of spunbond spinnerets and meltblown packs of all types
- Supply of cleaning needles (and other products) for spunbond/meltblown spinnerets of all types
- Rheology analysis (SB and MB
- Drawing preparation (including measurements) for production (SB and MB)
I was (see below signature) the sales manager of the former Ceccato SpA where I started to work in 1994 (Milan plant and then, about 10 years later, at the Concorezzo plant near Milan) until 2008 when I opened the LNS company (LUKAY NONWOVEN SOLUTIONS SRL).
